The workshop has introduced that how to involve civil servants
in housing mortgage loan, related
resolutions, responsibility of civil organizations, civil servant’s application
forms and mortgage loan accounting. Also it has informed about location and cost of apartments in
collateral of commercial banks in Ulaanbaatar or in local areas as well as how

So government negotiated with construction companies who faced the financial crisis and loan problems to purchase the apartments from these companies at 650.000 MNT per square meter. The Ministry of Finance has purchased the bonds amounted 30 billion MNT to the Bank of Mongolia for the Government’s 4000 housing units program which is implemented by MHFC. The housing finance corporation has made the resource for the mortgage loan and prepared 2306 applications of the state employees during the last period.
